Position: Coordinator
Responsibilities: provide leadership to the organisation, liaison to the board and initiating various programs for its members and others.
Person specification: a dynamic and outgoing personality; a team player; passion for working for fair trade, social justice and empowering people; good presentation and communication skills -both written and spoken; proficiency in computer skills; Master's Degree in Management with at least 3 years of relevant experience; skill of writing project proposal and fund raising; knowledge in training and capacity building; have good knowledge of financial planning and reporting; ability to travel independently within Nepal and abroad.
